Completed Projects
Balgowlah Project
Nov 3rd
Utopian Gardens constructed a Sitedesign concept by Landscape Architect Julian Brady. Our brief included a concrete pool with semi frameless glass fencing, timber deck, timber privacy screen, sandstone flagging pad & sandstone water feature.
Seaforth Project
Nov 8th
Our brief was simple to clad 104 sq. meters of our architects home with Coolum stone walling from Eco Outdoor . Our staff worked for 7 weeks to install cladding inside the home (bathroom, fireplace and internal walls) and outside (wall, large water feature which runs through the home and front entrance (internal and external). All stone was recessed grouted to highlight individual stone pieces.
Taren Point Project
Nov 8th
This stylish and contemporary pool was constructed on top of landfill. This made the project one of our most challenging builds. The engineering and steel required to pier around the pool to form the stair case, pool deck and the rear boundary wall was a challenge our staff relished and the result is a beautiful outdoor space with excavate pool filter room under the house to hide the unsightly pool sanitation equipment.
Willoughby Project
Nov 8th
A modern, private space for modern family, Utopian Garden’s Willoughby project matches contemporary design with pragmatic touches to suit young, energetic children. A pool and timber deck extension creates the perfect entertainment area for kids and adults, while glass fencing maximizes the use of space and perspective.
Lilli Pilli Project
Nov 8th
This low maintenance landscape designed by Brandon Wallis of Sitedesign Landscape Architects is the envy of the entire street. Custom-made sandstone walls follow the curves of the land, providing depth and texture. The bold planting of giant cycads as the focal point, under-planted with viola oderata, pittosporum, “Miss Muffets” and agaves, draws the eye, as do the two complementary high-end fiberglass bowls from Garden Life as water feature and planter. A timber deck constructed from Black Butt adds dimension leading to the oversized glass entrance door.
Miranda Project
Nov 8th
Stylish, contemporary and functional, this commercial space was built and landscaped to comply with Australian standards and local regulations and provide a safe and eye-catching entranceway to a local medical centre. The balustrade and ramps include surfaces to aid disabled and impaired individuals. The ramp-way is complemented by easy-to-maintain drought tolerant planting.
Bella Vista Project
Oct 27th
A stunning complement to a newly constructed home, Utopian Gardens “Bella Vista” project demonstrates how residential landscaping can be designed for functionality as well as beauty. With a landscape matching the structure of the house and private pool area, the elegant but practical design creates privacy through strategic hedging and ensures sustainability through use of drought tolerant plants.
Riverview Project
Nov 8th
Landscape design by Utopian Gardens this spectacular ocean blue pool interior brings a sense of peace and provides our clients with a place of leisure and rest after a hectic day. This watery oasis has been created through the use of lush, tropical planting with a bold palette of foliage colour to create a feeling of living in a tropical resort-style garden.
