One of the very few commercial properties Utopian Gardens has ever undertaken. This medical centre was tired and run down and owners received regular complaints of visitors falling or slipping. Utopian Gardens has built a space that is safe, inviting and provides a place for the injured and elderly to come and enter the building knowing they are safe and can enjoy a visually stunning commecial space each time they visit. Stainless steel hand rails for those a little less mobile and also provide assistance for the visually impaired. A wheel chair ramp and tactile tiles assist members of the public as they enter the medical centre all surrounded by stunning plantings.
